Duties:
- Make setups with some supervision
- Work efficiently to complete jobs with few mistakes
- Willing to work overtime with little notice
Skills:
- Ability to run most machines in the department efficiently
- Able to clearly understand instructions given
- Able to read blue prints
Personality and Character Qualities:
Is honest and self-confident. Must possess humility and be a good listener. Is enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
